Chantal Jones
Hospitality Instructor @Canadian Tourism College
Chantal has a true passion for hospitality, fueled by a natural desire to serve. Her 25-year career focused primarily on front office management including leading the guest services team at the largest hotel in Vancouver, the Sheraton Wall Centre. She worked for the Westin Bayshore Hotel, Amica Mature Lifestyles (retirement community), and most recently was the Director of Rooms at the award-winning Westin Wall Centre. She loves to share her many experiences with students to prepare them for the real world of hospitality.
Patrick Akuagwu
Hospitality Instructor @Canadian Tourism College
Patrick is a hospitality specialist with a background in the education management industry who has held positions in hotel management, revenue analysis, and front office. He is a dedicated education professional with a Master of Business Administration – MBA focused in Hospitality & Tourism Management from University of Guelph.
Michelle Bancroft
Director of Admissions @Canadian Tourism College
Director of Admissions Michelle Bancroft is an experienced education professional with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) focused in Secondary Education. She is highly skilled in coaching, leadership, e-learning, customer service and training.
